Guarantee
We provide a 1-year warranty on all SYSCALL products. To be able to claim under the guarantee you must be able to show a valid proof of purchase. For more information or a repair request, contact us at sales@oproepsystemen.nl .
Battery type and service life
A calling system has the following type of battery: CR2025 / 3V. The battery lasts on average for one to one and a half years, which is comparable to 40,000 pressing the button.
The pagers are rechargeable. It takes three hours before an empty pager is completely full again. For questions, please contact us via sales@oproepsystemen.nl .
Wireless and RF certification
Most calling systems are CE (EUR), FCC (US) and TELEC certified (Japan).
Delivery time
For most products, a delivery time of five working days applies.
Frequency
The frequency of SYSCALL products is FM 433MHz.
Voltage
AC100 ~ 240V ~: Type C Plug
Other products
Most SYSCALL products have a CE, FCC and TELEC certificate. The certificates differ for other products.
Use
The SYSCALL receivers can only be used in combination with the SYSCALL transmitters.
How many messages can be registered on the display?
SYSCALL receiver (N-series): 500 messages
SYSCALL receiver (S-series): 400 messages
How many pagers can be connected to one channel?
9999 pagers can be registered on one transmitter, but at least one charger is required per 30 pagers.
Is it possible to extend the working range?
Yes, you can easily extend the working range with a SYSCALL repeater. For more information, please contact us via sales@oproepsystemen.nl .
What is the range of a SYSCALL repeater?
On average, a repeater enhances the range 1.5 to 2 times. It is important that you do not install the repeater:
- in a high-voltage area, such as the TV, refrigerator, etc.
- an area with high electrical conductivity, such as iron plates
- wireless (wifi) routers
